New for 2021 the evoUV is a fully redesigned Ultra Violet Clarifier form Evolution Aqua. Their newest version maintains the high flowrates and energy efficiency of the older models but now has a completely removable and serviceable electrical box. As with their previous versions, the long water chambers on these UVs ensures the water and algae are near to the UV light for as long as possible, making them very efficient units. The evoUV can be mounted horizontally or vertically to ensure they are suitable for a wide range of installation positions and include mounting brackets. The 2021 version of the evoUV's also feature an electronic ballast and thermal safety protection system, which ensures that the units will switch off automatically before they overheat, or if they are run accidentally without water passing through. The evoUV 15w to 75w models are supplied with screw threaded hosetails for the connection of 25mm (1"), 32mm (1¼") and 38mm (1½") flexible pipework. Alternatively, the integrated 1½" BSP female screw thread makes them easy to connect to rigid pipework. For bigger systems and flow rates the evoUV 110w (2 x 55w bulbs) model is supplied with sockets that are ready to take 2" solvent weld rigid pipework connections. All models are supplied with 2.2m of mains cable and a 2 year guarantee.
