The new range of powerful pond air pumps from Blagdon have strong motors which produce higher flow rates and can pump deep than many other models that we sell but for very similar running costs. All six models have weatherproof bodies but they should not be submerged and so must be placed in location which will not flood. The Single, Twin and Four outlet pond air pumps are designed for the smaller garden ponds and are supplied with an air stone and 5m of air line for each outlet, these pumps are fitted with 1.5m of mains cable. The three larger PondOxy air pumps are aimed at the larger ponds and have more outlets allowing you to spread the air stones around your pond. They do not come with air stones or airline but do have a 5m mains cable. Although many factors including humidity, temperature, stocking density and surface area to pond volume ratio, can affect the Oxygen levels within a pond. We generally recommend a minimum air flowrate of: 100 Litres Per Hour (1.7 Litres Per Minute) / 1000 Litres (220 Gallons) of Pond Volume
