The Pontec MultiClear 8000 Combined Pond Filter is a compact flow-through pond filter with integrated UV clarifier designed for small to medium garden ponds. This combined filtration unit provides mechanical and biological filtration alongside ultraviolet clarification to help maintain clear pond water.
The MultiClear 8000 uses verticle layered filter media including Japanese matting, coarse foam, fine foam and bio-surface elements. These stages trap debris and provide a large surface area for beneficial bacteria, supporting biological filtration.

Water flows through multiple mechanical and biological filtration stages before returning to the pond. The integrated UV clarifier helps reduce green water caused by suspended algae, improving water clarity.
The compact housing allows the filter to be installed partially buried beside the pond for a discreet installation. The MultiClear 8000 provides increased capacity compared with the smaller model while maintaining a similar footprint.
